Hotel Update: Starting February 1, 2018 we will be charging a parking fee of 10.70 per car per night including tax. 

We have recently completed the installation of our in room safes (laptop compatible).

Accessibility Statement for Dolphin Beach Resort

At Dolphin Beach Resort, we value all of our guests, including those who may need some additional assistance or accommodations to fully enjoy their experience at the Resort.  The Resort is compliant with the applicable disability accessibility regulations for design and construction of places of lodging.  The hotel features a parking lot with disability-accessible parking spaces, of which are van-accessible.  From there, guests can use an accessible path of travel, through our motorized motor sensor detecting,  entrance doors to the first-floor reception area for check-in.  All of our main Hotel amenities – including the reception area, dining facilities, pool access, meeting and banquet rooms, and laundry facilities – are on our first floor and connected via accessible paths of travel.

We offer accessible, first-floor guest room accommodations in each of our guest room categories for our guests needing special assistance, at no extra charge.  Specific features of each of our accessible guest rooms are available with accessible communication devices, shelving designed with disabled guests in mind, and an accessible washroom with a vanity designed for guests using a wheelchair or other mobility device, a roll-in shower, and grab bars for added support.  

It is our policy to ensure that guests needing accessible rooms be given first preference for reserving them.  Accessible rooms will only be made available to the general public if all other rooms in the same class have been booked and the room has not already been reserved by a guest with a disability.  Once reserved, we guarantee the availability of the specific accessible room that our guests have reserved, and they will not be made available for reservation by other prospective guests unless and until the room reservation is cancelled pursuant to the Hotel’s cancellation policy.  Each of our reservations team members have been specially trained on this policy, and can provide more information to you upon check-in or via telephone.   

In addition to our accessible rooms, we have a number of other accommodations available for guests, such as telecommunications devices that can be installed in our standard guest rooms upon request.  Please let one of our reservations agents know of any special needs you may have and we will do our best to accommodate you.  It’s our goal to make every guest’s visit a memorable one!
